The Automatic SiC Degumming Equipment for post-cutting processes is equipped with a stainless steel trolley containing an empty cassette. The operator places the sliced ingot into the cassette on the trolley, then pushes the trolley with the cut ingot to the equipment's material level and presses the feeding button. The trolley is automatically adsorbed and secured, and the robotic arm transfers the cassette into the degumming tank.
The tank is filled with a heated degumming agent. After 30 minutes, the silicon wafer separates from the workpiece board. Once degumming is complete, the tank cover automatically opens (with air extraction inside). The robotic arm removes the degummed cassette and places it back onto the trolley. Simultaneously, the arm clamps the workpiece board and positions it at the blanking station, where the operator retrieves the board and removes the degummed product. This completes the entire degumming process.
This semi-automatic equipment uses high-quality components in its electrical control system, ensuring reliable performance and a long service life.
