The outer shell of the Silicon Core Cleaner is made of high-quality PPN and features a fully enclosed structure. It utilizes a touch screen and PLC-controlled servo trolley to complete the cleaning process, with functions such as bubbling, swinging, timing, heating, sound and light alarms, acid etching, alkali cleaning, rinsing, and drying.

Silicon Core Cleaner is designed for the mass cleaning of silicone cores. The silicone cores have an outer diameter (OD) of approximately 8mm–15mm and a length of up to 3.4m. Production capacity: approximately 90kg per batch.
