Total tanks: 14 (6 acid tanks + 7 water tanks + 1 drain tank)
Each tank accommodates 1 graphite boat carrier frame (each frame holds 4 small boats)
Process sequence: Acid washing tank (HNO3 & ADD + HF) → Water spray tank → Water washing tank → Blow drying
