The Silicon Ingot Cleaner consists of a feeding area, cleaning area, cooling buffer area, manipulator, blanking area, and other components. It features an automatic heating and constant temperature device, ultrasonic cleaning device, CDA bubbling device, slow-pull dehydration pre-drying device, CDA air-cutting device, and a pipeline and electrical control system.
The Silicon Ingot Cleaner's functions are controlled by a PLC and include adjustable cleaning time, cleaning completion alerts, temperature control adjustment, high/low liquid level alarms, and overflow protection.
